As a leadership coach, people operations executive, and former experiential marketer, Amanda has a well-rounded and unique background in the business of people. Amanda has served as a global leader at multiple unicorn tech companies, including Outreach.io and Fivetran, where she built and led the HR, Recruiting, DEI, and L&D departments. In her previous career in experiential marketing, Amanda managed hundreds of event experiences in the arts and music industry, plus global brands like Boeing, Microsoft – and even the POTUS. Today, Amanda speaks at global conferences on trending topics such as DEI, leadership and HR strategy, and loves to help early-stage startups with their people strategy. She received her BA in Strategic Communications from Seattle University. Amanda currently resides in the Austin with her dog, Buddy, and has a passion for travel, singing, writing and producing music.
