Dana brings over 15 years of experience building and running revenue, marketing, and strategy teams at American Express, PayPal and Stripe.

Most recently, at Stripe, Dana helped build and grow global strategic partnerships with leading SaaS & B2B platforms including Shopify, Salesforce, Mindbody, Squarespace and XERO, as well as built teams and programs for scale and impact. At PayPal Dana was an early leader following the 2015 spin-off from eBay where she led the distribution of the proprietary buy now pay later offering, now PayPal Pay Later, which doubled in distribution under her leadership. In addition to her experience at the industry’s leading fintechs and payments firms, Dana has advised earlier stage technology startups including Yeeld, Cove, Sendoso, and Anthropic, an artificial intelligence safety and research leader, on how to scale early successes.

Dana’s advisory practice focuses on direct CEO/Founder operational guidance and growth. Her breadth of experience in technology and track record of results in fintech in particular, enables Dana to advise high growth technology startups while deeply understanding the payments landscape and tech stack.

Dana currently sits on the Board of PeerForward, an education nonprofit focused on post-secondary planning and college access, and she previously held nonprofit board seats at Princeton AlumniCorps and the Brooklyn Latin School.

Dana holds a BA from Princeton University and an MBA from Columbia Business School where she graduated with honors.
